Dignity at Every Step: Meals and Mercy for the Marginalized
Each week, I prepare and deliver nourishing meals to unhoused individuals throughout our community—offering not only food, but a moment of dignity, a smile, and a reminder that they are seen and valued. Alongside this work, I also provide bedside hospice visits for those nearing the end of life with no family or loved ones present. These visits often include gentle conversation, hand-holding, prayer, and simply being a compassionate presence during their final days.
This grassroots effort is grounded in the belief that every human being deserves care, comfort, and connection—especially in times of great vulnerability. Whether it's sharing a warm meal on a cold night or sitting quietly with someone in their final hours, this work is about love in action.
